What We Do

Websites sit at the heart of everything we do. The rest of our services exist to support, extend, or grow what the website starts.

Pick the service you want to explore (expand the list below), or book a call first to discuss your needs together.

Websites are our core service. We are a web design boutique at heart. Everything online begins with a website, and the rest of what we do (copy, content, SEO, automation, MVPs) supports it.

We design and develop websites that look professional, hold up beyond passing trends, and tell the story you want told. New builds, full revamps, landing pages for campaigns, multilingual versions, e-commerce. We are there for you now and for years to come.

Service deliverables:

  • New website design and development (one-page, multi-page, or full e-commerce)
  • Full website revamps for existing sites that have aged out
  • Landing pages for product launches, campaigns, and market entry
  • [If needed] Multilingual delivery, with bilingual English and Arabic as standard

Service management & control:

  • Admin area so you can update content yourself
  • Mobile-responsive design across desktop, tablet, and phone
  • Clean URL structure and on-page SEO basics
  • Documentation and/or training on handover

Exclusions

  • We don't offer domain registrations
  • We don't offer web hosting
  • We don't set up business e-mails

However, we can recommend where you can get these services and how.

How it works in each model

One-time project: A full website build with three scope options in the proposal. Delivered with documentation, full ownership, and a defined revision cycle.

Long-term partnership: Continuous website work as your business evolves. New pages when you launch new offerings. Landing pages for every campaign. Performance tracking. Revamps when the site has aged. The website becomes a living asset, not a one-time expense.

Design and copy are two halves of the same story. They live together because most clients need them together, and packaging them separately creates friction.

We deliver them as one unified service so the visual identity and the written voice stay aligned across everything you produce.

We can match your existing tone and style if you have one. We can also build a tone from scratch if you don't.

Service deliverables:

  • Brand identity work (logo, color palette, typography, brand guidelines)
  • Logo refresh or full rebrand
  • Copy revamps for websites, sales pages, or campaigns
  • Email templates with copy (welcome, sales, greetings, abandoned cart, newsletter)
  • Social media template kits across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Long and short-form social copy in English and Arabic
  • Sales materials (outreach scripts, LinkedIn DMs, phone scripts, sales decks)
  • Presentation templates (PowerPoint or Keynote)
  • Brochures, flyers, and printed marketing collateral
  • [If needed] Bilingual delivery in English and Arabic, with cultural fluency in both

How it works in each model

One-time project: A defined design and copy package, delivered with brand guidelines and the assets your business needs to operate consistently. Three scope options in the proposal.

Long-term partnership: Ongoing design and copy support across campaigns, social channels, sales materials, and seasonal greetings. Templates get refreshed, copy stays current, and the brand stays consistent.

SEO and content work better together. We combine them so the work compounds: every piece of content strengthens your search position, and your search position brings readers to your content.

Our goal is to make your business discoverable by humans, search engines, and the AI tools that increasingly answer questions on behalf of both.

Service deliverables:

  • Keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Content strategy and editorial calendar
  • On-page SEO optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure)
  • Blog articles, long-form content, and thought leadership pieces
  • [If needed] Bilingual content in English and Arabic

Service management & control:

  • Content audits for existing websites
  • Performance reporting (search rankings, organic traffic, content engagement)
  • Schema markup and technical SEO basics
  • Optimization for AI search and zero-click search results

How it works in each model

One-time project: An audit, a content strategy, and a setup engagement that gets the foundation right. Initial content pieces are published. After that, you can take it in-house or move into a partnership.

Long-term partnership: Continuous content publishing, ongoing optimization, monthly performance reporting, and steady ranking improvements. SEO is a long-term effort, and a partnership is genuinely the right model for it.

Note

SEO is a long game. You may see small movement in weeks. Meaningful results usually take three to six months, sometimes longer in competitive niches.

Workflow automation connects the tools you already use so repetitive tasks happen without manual effort.

We design simple, reliable systems that save time, reduce errors, and let your team focus on higher-value work. Most of what we build uses no-code or low-code platforms, so the automation stays editable as your business changes.

Service deliverables:

  • Process mapping and bottleneck identification
  • Tool integration (CRMs, email platforms, project management, finance tools, calendars)
  • Automation builds using no-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) or low-code where needed
  • Testing in a staging environment before going live
  • Documentation and/or a short training video for your team
  • One review cycle after launch
  • Ongoing automation work for long-term partnership clients

How it works:

Workflow automation is almost always a one-time project. Start by defining automation built, tested, documented, and handed over with training.

MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product. A simple, working version of your idea, built to test it with real users or pitch it to investors.

We help founders move from concept to launch quickly and affordably, using no-code or low-code tools so the cost of validation stays low and the speed stays high.

The goal of an MVP is not to be your final product. The goal is to be the first version that proves the idea is worth investing in further.

Service deliverables:

  • Light UX research and idea validation
  • Competitor analysis and market context
  • Feature prioritization for the first release
  • Wireframes and user flow design
  • MVP build using no-code or low-code platforms
  • User testing setup
  • Documentation and/or training, and full ownership at handover
  • NDA available before any project details are shared

How it works

MVPs are almost always one-time projects. Most MVPs take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity and how ready your design and feature list are. After launch, some founders move into a long-term partnership for ongoing iteration, but that conversation happens after we see real user feedback.

Motherin Pricing Strategy

We don't want to publish fixed prices because every client is different. Here's how we think about pricing our services:

  1. Free consultation first: We learn about your business and your goals.
  2. Proposal with three options. Three scopes at three price points, so you can choose what fits your budget and ambition.
  3. You choose the scope: What’s included is written down in the chosen proposal. What’s not included is also written down.
  4. For long-term partnerships: A monthly fee based on the capacity or scope you need. We discuss it together. You can scale up or down as your business changes.

As we keep repeating, we aim to have a few clients, but most of them are long-term partners.
