Who is behind Motherin Technologies ...

Team Creation

Motherin’s founder anchors every account while our service coordinators handle the day-to-day project progress. We hand-pick talents for each project from trusted global networks.

The founder experience...

Eiman Idris has been building & managing websites for about twenty years. She has watched the internet move from static table-based HTML to dynamic, mobile-first, AI-augmented platforms. Her conviction, after all that, is simple: a website is still the foundation of online presence.

Before Motherin, Eiman led websites and internal portals for one of Sudan’s largest business group. She has worked across industries, geographies, and platforms.

She handles every Motherin account personally. The first call, the proposal, the difficult conversations, all of it. When you work with Motherin, she is your point of contact.

Service Coordinators

Coordinators are the constants. They manage each service, oversee the freelancers we bring in for each project, and make sure the standards stay consistent across engagements. As we grow, we add more coordinators as they are our quality control experts.

Websites Coordinator

Mémouna Diallo

Mémouna oversees website builds and ongoing site maintenance.

She coordinates with developers and designers during a build, and she handles updates and improvements for long-term partnership clients.

Miamona has a strong interest in innovative, beautiful, and user-friendly design!

Graphic Design Coordinator

Nuran Abdou

Nuran oversees design work across brand identity, social media assets, email templates, presentations, and any visual deliverables.

She works closely with the designers we bring in per project, reviews their output, and makes sure the design language stays coherent with the strategy set in the proposal.

Nouran is passionate about branding.

The Freelance Network

Once your proposal is agreed, we build a team for it. The founder and the relevant coordinator hand-pick freelancers based on the scope, the timeline, the tools required, and the level of expertise needed.

We source through trusted freelance outsourcing partners who handle the due diligence on every candidate they bring forward. They screen for technical skills and professional communication, so we start with a high-quality pool.

And, before any freelancer joins a Motherin project, we interview them ourselves.

For shorter or simpler tasks, especially for long-term partnership clients, we also draw from our own freelance network.

This process ensures we are never:

  • Short of staff
  • Limited by one specialty
  • Lacking experience in a specific tool
  • Forced to compromise on quality because the team is overloaded

Every project gets its own squad.

Here's what determines who joins it:

  1. Scope and deliverables: A one-page website needs a different team than a multi-page e-commerce build with multilingual content.
  2. Timeline: Tight launch dates require freelancers we already know can move fast. Longer timelines give us room to source the best fit, even if they have a few weeks of lead time.
  3. Tools and stack: WordPress, Framer, Shopify, and any other platforms, each of which requires different expertise. We match the team to the tools, not the other way around.
  4. Industry context: For some projects, a writer or designer with experience in your specific industry adds real value. When that matters, we factor it in.
  5. Language requirements: Bilingual English and Arabic delivery, or other language needs, shape who joins.

You won't always meet every freelancer on your project (unless needed). The founder and the coordinator are your interface. The specialists work behind the scenes through them.

We are testing this model; however, it is not new, many agencies have outsourced teams or white-label company behind the scenes.

What we are trying to achieve is flexibility of talent without committing to a stack of tools.

Freelancers join when their expertise is needed, then return to other work. You pay for the right specialist for your project, and for our coordinators who act as project managers and quality controllers.

By staying lean, we can run more efficient operations and tailor solutions to each project.

We are not cutting costs, as our freelancers get exactly what they asked for and work only on a project they are interested in.

  • One direct line: The founder is your point of contact. No tickets, no rotating account managers.
  • A coordinator on every service: Nouran for design, Lubaba for copy, Miamona for websites. Each one stays consistent across your project.
  • Specialists vetted twice: Once by our outsourcing partners, again by us, before they touch your project.
  • Female talent supported by your budget: The work you commission directly contributes to women building careers in digital.
  • No compromises forced by team capacity: We are not limited by staff members; we can hire as many as the project requires.
